FAQ's

  • Order Processing Time

95% of all orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Equipment purchases can take up to 5 business days to process. Our shipping policy is noted on our website

  • Shipping time

We ship all orders via Australia Post and deliveries are between 3-7 days to most capitals and surrounding areas. For regional areas please allow between 5-10 days. These times are a guideline only and Australia Post do experience delays from time to time, especially during busy times of the year

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping based on weight and size and will be calculated at checkout. Please ensure the correct rolls/sheets is selected at checkout to ensure no delays

  • Shipping Address

We ship to the address entered. We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the entered address is incorrect. If your order is not able to be delivered due to the wrong address Australia Post will (eventually) return to us. Postage costs will then have to be paid again to re-send and an additional invoice will be issued.

  • Can I cancel my order?

All orders that have been packed and ready to ship will attract a 10% restocking fee. All orders that have not been packed will incur a 5% fee

  • Can I add to my order?

Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to make additions

  • How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be issued. If applicable to your shipping method tracking information will be included

  • Disputes

Please let us know within 7 days of any issues/concerns with your order

  • Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our refund policy can be reviewed on our website

  • Privacy and Personal information

We take privacy seriously and comply with Australian Privacy law – further details can be located https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy-law/ and under our Privacy policy. We will also never include your mobile number on any shipping details. Your mobile number is optional and used to receive shipping updates only

  • Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST and are subject to change without prior notice

  • Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Discounts

Discounts for bulk packs are on our website

  • Payment types

We offer a number of payment methods including direct bank deposit, Secure Credit Card Payments, Afterpay, PayPal

  • Can I pick up my order?

We are open for collections on Wednesday's only between 10am and 12pm - this is subject to change and updates are posted on our FB page.

  • If I order multiple meters how is this packed?

All orders are shipped in units selected – i.e. an order for 2 meters will be shipped in 2 x 1 meter lengths
