• Collection of Orders (not available during lockdown)

We are open for online collections each Wednesday and Friday morning from 10am until 12pm. Simply place your order online by 10pm the night before (at the latest) and we will have this packed and ready for collection when we open at 10am.

Unfortunately we continue to be closed to all walk-in customers and on the spot purchases.

  • Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 48 hours processing time. We aim to ship the majority of orders same day / next day but our processing time can occasionally take a bit longer, especially during lockdown and the lead up to holidays.

  • Shipping time

We ship all orders via Australia Post and deliveries are between 3-7 days to most capitals and surrounding areas. For regional areas please allow between 5-10 days. These times are a guideline only and Australia Post are currently experiencing delays which can be extended during seasonal times of the year and lockdown.   • Shipping Costs

Shipping based on weight and size and will be calculated at checkout. Please ensure the correct rolls/sheets is selected at checkout to ensure no delays

  • Shipping Address

We ship to the address entered. We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the entered address is incorrect. If your order is not able to be delivered due to the wrong address Australia Post will (eventually) return to us. Postage costs will then have to be paid again to re-send and an additional invoice will be issued.

  • Can I cancel my order?

All orders that have been packed and ready to ship will attract a 10% restocking fee. All orders that have not been packed will incur a 5% fee

  • Can I add to my order?

Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to make additions

  • How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be issued. If applicable to your shipping method tracking information will be included

  • Disputes

Please let us know within 7 days of any issues/concerns with your order

  • Privacy and Personal information

We take privacy seriously and comply with Australian Privacy law – further details can be located https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy-law/ and under our Privacy policy. Note that we will only include your mobile number on shipping documents if this has been added during checkout (infortation advice on mobile detail is also noted in entry field). Mobile number is optional and not required to complete checkout

All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST and are subject to change without prior notice

  • Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Discounts for bulk packs are displayed on our website

We offer a wide number of payment methods including direct bank deposit, Secure Credit Card Payments, Afterpay, and PayPal

  • Can I pick up my order?
