Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed same day, unless a custom product/print states otherwise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During seasonal holidays we can experience high volume and our processing time may increase. Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during Christmas and Easter. Australia Post shipping times are to be used as a guideline only as they experience delays during busy times of the year.

Express Post is available and is an option once you reach Checkout. Express Post is purely the Australia Post delivery time, our normal processing time still applies.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on order weight.

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking number(s) if applicable.

For all A4 SHEETS ONLY (no tracking) orders its important to note that delivery times are extended as Letter Post are only handled by Australia Post every second business day - our normal same day processing times still apply. 

If in the unlikely event your do not receive your order Australia Post can be contacted for all delivery inquiries.

Collection hours are:

Tue         9:00am to 4:00pm

Wed       9:00am to 4:00pm

Thu         9:00am to 6:00pm

Fri            9:00am to 12:00pm

Sat          9:00am to 12:00pm
