Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During seasonal holidays and currently during Covid Lockdowns we experience high volume and our processing time may increase. Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during Christmas and Easter. Australia Post shipping times are to be used as a guideline only and they do experience delays during busy times of the year and especially during Covid.

Express Post is available and is an option once you reach Checkout. Express Post is purely the Aus Post delivery time, our normal processing time still applies.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking number(s) if applicable.

If in the unlikely event your do not receive your order Australia Post can be contacted for all delivery enquiries.
